We’re a well-established, growing advice business and we’re looking for a Risk Insurance Adviser who shares our values and wants to do meaningful work with good people.

A newer adviser with solid product knowledge and energy, wanting more clients and ready to grow with the right support and structure
An experienced adviser who’s tired of admin overload, unrealistic targets, or culture that’s more about transactions than outcomes
Running your own FAP and want to step back from the compliance burden while still delivering quality advice
Approaching the later stage of your career and looking for a dignified transition—or a way to keep advising without the usual stress
Simply looking for a firm that values flexibility, integrity, and client-first thinking
What you’ll be doing (your choice from this list, though non exhaustive).
Supporting and advising existing DUX clients, and helping new clients as we continue to grow
Providing quality risk advice that puts client wellbeing and long-term outcomes first
Working as part of a team that values care, professionalism, and doing things properly
Supporting the other advisers with the Risk advice their clients needs
