This form is to be completed to allow the DUX team to sort a quote for you for house insurance, either for an existing property, or one you are looking to buy.

Please complete this as best you can, the DUX team will be in touch to help with any areas you are not able to answer yet.

First Step:

We need to work out the potential sum insured for the property. Your options are to either book an insurance valuation (we can recommend a valuer) or complete the Free Cordell Online Calculator.
