In both roles i am either looking for a financial adviser who wants to work with me to assist my clients in these areas, while getting training and support to grow your own client base, or a staff member to assist in these areas as part of my support team (along side Mahlah, Jess and Keli).
In both cases you will get training and support from a 20 year vet of the profession, a career path and assistance to grow your skills.
