Samuel Hall
WHO AM I?
Before becoming a Financial Adviser, I worked as a Detective in the Police. That role developed strong investigative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to cut through complex situations.
I now apply that same approach to financial advice.
I help people understand their financial position, identify what matters most, and make clear decisions about their next steps.
I hold a Diploma in Business Studies (Financial Advice) and work with individuals and families who want straightforward guidance without jargon or pressure.
If you prefer conversations that are practical, clear, and grounded in real life, we will get along well.
WHAT DO I DO?
I help people gain clarity around their finances and move forward with a plan.
My work often includes:
KiwiSaver advice and investment reviews
Personal risk insurance and protection planning
Financial planning and goal setting
Helping people make sense of complicated financial situations
Some clients come with clear goals.
Others come because their finances feel confusing or overwhelming.
Both are completely normal.
My role is to help you understand where you are, what your options are, and what steps make sense next.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I AM NOT WORKING?
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my family and making the most of opportunities to travel.
That might mean exploring different parts of New Zealand or heading overseas when the chance comes up.
I enjoy the experiences that good financial decisions can create over time.
And if you ever want to talk through ideas over a coffee, I am always up for a good one.
